The spot is convenient right next to Embassy Theater where we were catching a show; the room was spacious, clean, and quiet, we could see the ballpark and even enjoyed a free fireworks display.

The only bright spot was the central location and we were lucky to get a second room with a nice view; the room was much smaller than the advertised 450sqf, a misleading sale on booking, more hostel‑standard than hotel, needing serious updates—furniture was old and overused, the sofa was really dirty, the fridge was noisy and couldn't be turned off, the air‑con woke us up every night, and there were no cups, plates, cutlery, tea, mini‑bar, or filtered water.
