We stayed for 15 days and the experience was a nightmare. The food was terribly bad and dangerous: sushi left in the sun at 40°C for hours without refrigeration, rotten and moldy fruit at the buffet, utensils and shelves visibly dirty and greasy, overall meal quality was poor. Result: acute dysentery treated with Normix. No hygiene anywhere in the property: the room had a sewage smell from a never repaired clogged shower drain, the sink was blocked with a beard leak. Public bathrooms (near restaurants, reception and beach) were in deplorable condition. Common area floors were visibly dirty. During the meeting, the manager saw the table and floor dirty under our feet and stayed silent. The pools were dirty and stinky: pool water had residues and foam on the surface, with a chlorine smell so strong and pungent it was annoying and unnatural, indicating inadequate maintenance and cleaning. We were denied sea access for 2 days due to work with no notice and no alternatives. The management was arrogant and offensive: summoned for a meeting, they said, “you could have chosen other more expensive 5‑star hotels.” They offered only a massage and dinner as apologies, no refund. They refused to document the issue and left. Throughout the discussion they spoke Arabic among themselves, excluding us. Highly not recommended. Dangerous for health and traveler dignity.
