The room had everything you could need, and the check‑in went smoothly with the hotel’s underground parking. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety, and the location was close to Rynek. Even though the hotel was full, the rooms stayed quiet. The underground parking was tight and small, but overall it was fine.

The location was great. The room was fairly clean with a comfortable bed. The staff were weak; at check‑in the communication was poor, the man didn’t explain how to reach the room, and we had to ask everything ourselves, like where breakfast was held.

The gym and the lobby were good. The door to the room kept squeaking, there was no self‑cleaning toilet seat, the rooms were equipped with twenty‑year‑old furnishings, and the noise from landing planes was annoying.
