“We felt safe and staff was very helpful!”
The staff were friendly and helpful! The main carpet needed cleaning. I would have liked a removable shower head and thicker pillows.
I couldn’t actually stay at the hotel; when I arrived to check‑in the system was down all day, yet Vooking.com let me book. Because they couldn’t process me, I had to find another place to stay, which was just a waste of time.
The room was comfortable and spacious, and the gym was a plus. I would have liked the breakfast to be better, and the common areas needed more thorough cleaning.
