“Disappointing Luxury Experience”
I recently stayed at a hotel that promised luxury, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. The location was stunning, with a beautiful river and pool area that was incredibly tranquil. However, the bulldozer noise from the nearby field spoiled the ambiance. The owner was sweet, but communication was a challenge due to the language barrier. Our deluxe room was not what we expected, with an outdoor bath that was dirty and only a cold shower available.

I had the pleasure of staying at a very relaxing place with a beautiful waterfall in the backyard, creating a calm and nice atmosphere. My room was clean and nice, and the owner was helpful and accommodating. I will definitely be back to this wonderful spot.

I recently stayed at Tung Lakorn Farm, a well-kept and secluded farm in the elephant region. The warm welcome with the online translation service was a nice touch, as the sweet lady only speaks Thai. Pom was very helpful via telephone and speaks good English. The house was super large and clean, and idyllically located with a huge terrace. However, the water was cold, and there was no WiFi in our room. Pom was kind enough to arrange transport to Chiang Dao for us, which was a great service.
