The room was spacious and bright with good bedding, air‑conditioned, and very quiet. I only wish the pool had been open, especially since it was over 30 degrees outside.

It was lovely to have breakfast on the patio, with yogurt and fruit included. After a long drive, a dip in the pool on a hot evening was a great relief. The place is quiet, convenient for Cognac, and the owners are friendly. The pool is tiny, but it’s still worth having when it’s hot.

The reception from Eric and Valérie was very attentive to our needs (we were in transit on the Flowvelo bike), making us feel comfortable right away. The accommodation was quiet, complemented by a pool, and the breakfast quality was great. Conversations at the table corner were enjoyable. Nothing to complain about; everything was perfect.
