“A room in an unlivable condition”
The only bright side was the friendly woman at reception who genuinely tried to help us. We checked into room 102, which smelled horribly of cat urine and was in a severely worn‑out state. When we asked for another room, the staff said none were available and we had to wait an hour for the manager, who never arrived. We spent that hour in the lobby with the problem unresolved and no alternative offered. We were denied a refund, so we had to book a more expensive hotel on our own to avoid being stranded.
