The spot was great, the bathroom was newer and parking was easy. However, the breakfast staff used the same gloves to clean dishes and to hand‑place fruit into the buffet, which felt unsanitary, and the front desk clerks seemed to be going through the motions without genuine customer care.

Breakfast choices were solid, the room was large with plenty of seating and luggage space, and it was handy to have a fridge and a separate sink. Parking, however, was a pain—spots are small and there aren’t many of them.

Location was good and the room was clean. The receptionist, though, wasn’t very helpful.

The location was excellent, close to downtown, and the rooms were cute but a few items needed updating. Some front‑desk staff weren’t very helpful, and it would have been nice if the bistro stayed open on Sunday and Monday.

It was pricey, but it was a weekend during what I assume is high season. The good breakfast, easy parking, and the very quiet location—still just a short walk to the plaza—added value, and I loved the bathroom with its walk‑in shower and robes.
