We liked absolutely everything: the staff were helpful, the rooms were clean, the beachfront line was great. We could have breakfast with a sea view, and the team and dishes at the hotel restaurant were amazing. The restaurant is highly recommended for anyone staying here.

The hotel was perfect for a seaside stay in Bulgaria, the water was very clean, the private beach was great, the location was excellent, and there was no crowding. The pools were clean, the loungers were high quality, and the breakfast was excellent. I also stayed in 2025 and it was even cleaner; this year the housekeeping staff were more superficial. It isn’t that the hotel isn’t clean, just that the room cleaning was poorer compared to the previous year. Everything else in the hotel was very clean.

The hotel is gorgeous right on the shore, very clean, the view from the window is simply amazing, and we fell asleep to the sound of the sea. The staff were polite, and they upgraded our room from a partial sea view to a full sea view for free, which we greatly appreciated. The beach is beautiful and clean, only 30 seconds walk, free for guests. The surroundings are quiet, the pools are clean, the room is cleaned daily with towel changes, the breakfasts are tasty, and the daily housekeeping with towel replacement makes the hotel truly excellent. Unfortunately there were some drawbacks: 1) The on‑site restaurant is very expensive; the food is tasty and the sea view is good, but the prices are like Monaco, far too high for Bulgaria. 2) The room has no fridge, only a minibar where storing food is forbidden by hotel policy. We had a small child with food that didn’t fit in the minibar, and buying food on site was impossible, which was very inconvenient. 3) The breakfasts were tasty but the same each day, which was a bit disappointing after nine days. These aren’t major flaws but they did slightly mar the experience.

The private beach is absolutely wonderful, as is the breakfast terrace. The breakfast is generous and offers a great variety of choices. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, and well equipped with a minibar and coffee machine. During our week‑long stay the room was not cleaned except for the bed linen and towels being changed. Because the hotel is dog‑friendly, there were times when a dog was left alone in a room and barked until late at night. One more suggestion rather than a complaint: it would be nice if the hotel offered SUP and jet ski rentals so guests wouldn’t have to go to neighboring hotels for those activities.
