“Una camera design”

The room is stunning, clean, modern, and top quality. The area at night is a bit less safe for a solo female traveler. The staff is super helpful and welcoming. The neighborhood is very convenient with the station.

We arrived on 13th May at about 6.00 p.m. before checking in, unloading our luggage from a taxi while other family members headed to Naples Airport. At the entrance, a rucksack containing passports, a mobile phone, cash, an electric toothbrush, keys, a pair of trainers, and notebooks with personal data was stolen. The staff on duty seemed indifferent, and no CCTV footage was offered. Because of the stolen passports, we had to travel to the Irish Embassy/consulate in Rome by train and taxi to get temporary documents and rebook our flight, which forced us to stay overnight in Rome and incur extra costs. The safe was missing from our room, and the street‑level area outside the room felt questionable and rather dangerous. Despite a mostly enjoyable holiday for a family wedding in Castellabbete, the last two days in Naples ruined the experience, and we would hesitate to recommend that part of Naples again.

“L'hôtel peut surprendre par son aspect caché, au final nous avons été enchanté par notre séjour.”

L'hôtel peut surprendre car il est situé dans un immeuble qui ne ressemble pas du tout à un hôtel. L'accueil est différent de la partie chambres. La partie chambres est toute neuve et la literie était très confortable, ce qui est tout de même essentiel. Le monsieur qui nous a accueilli en soirée est vraiment très sympathique et professionnel. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel. L'ascenseur dont il faut refermer les portes intérieurs si on ne veut pas le bloquer, ce qui nous aura valut de monter 1 fois les 5 étages . Peut être que ce serait bien de rendre la fermeture automatique

“Estancia agradable”

The room was renovated, clean, and in excellent condition. Both the cleanliness and the brightness were adequate and contributed to a pleasant stay. Additionally, it’s located close to the central station. I didn’t like that the noise from other rooms’ doors closing could be heard. This makes it hard to rest properly, as sounds from the hallway and surroundings are constantly perceived.
