The AC wasn’t functioning well; I had to move the bed away from it to sleep, even though it was set to max. The fridge still had old fruit from previous guests, and essential items like a laundry bag, moisturizers, and creams were missing.

Nothing to report.

The place was clean, the staff – especially Zayneb and Murat, the handsome operations manager – were very helpful. Nothing else.
