It was my first time staying at Copa Sul and I’ll definitely come back. The beds and pillows were very good, just be careful with the hot water in the shower—it heats up fast, haha. From day one the air‑conditioner didn’t work, it only ventilated. I had read another comment about a possible issue but didn’t complain, only mentioned it at check‑out. Because the hotel was full I didn’t want the hassle of moving in and out of the room, so I survived without AC this time. Even though my room wasn’t on the street side, I could still hear some noises, but nothing that bothered us.

The breakfast was good and the room was nice, I was happy. On the last day a little insect appeared in my room, but that’s not the hotel’s fault!
