“Lovely clean holiday apartment”
I found the apartment spotlessly clean and the location unbeatable, the host was friendly, and I’d definitely stay here again or recommend it.

The place was clean and well‑located, but there was no water in the fridge and no tea towels, and I struggled to get into the car park because I wasn’t told about the barrier or that I’d need to call someone to raise it; that confusion made me think I was in the wrong spot, so it would help to include that detail in the welcome email. The issue was sorted quickly over the phone, and overall I’d still recommend Basilica Gardens.

The apartment was spacious, the location was great and close to shops, food and walking spots, the property matched the description and had everything needed, though a little updating could help; Wi‑Fi was solid, and the 24/7 parking space was a huge plus in a hard‑to‑park area, making it a solid one‑night stay.

Everything was excellent: the breakfast was nice, the staff friendly, and the rooms clean.

The location was good, but the view was lacking.
