“不错”

The shower water was warm and plentiful, and the room had a microwave and a kitchen, plus a very soft bed that made for a quiet rest. The location was good, with a fruit shop and a supermarket nearby, and it was also a meeting point for day tours. They offered free drinking water and the staff cleaned the room every day. The only downside was a long‑haired front desk lady whose attitude was unpleasant, which was disappointing. When I asked the front desk for help with the air‑conditioning adjustment, I waited an hour and no one came.

The restaurant tasted good and the room had plenty of facilities; it was right above the day‑tour meeting point, which was very convenient. There was a slight construction smell, and an air purifier would have helped.

The hotel was new, probably just finished renovating, and the room was large with all the necessary amenities. It was close to the day‑tour meeting point downstairs, so I booked there to avoid an early morning rush. The tap water initially came out yellow, like it hadn’t been used in a long time. I booked for three people, and I had to lay out the sofa bed myself; having it pre‑arranged would have been better.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and overall we enjoyed our stay. However, the experience at the 10th‑floor restaurant ruined my positive impression. I strongly advise tourists to double‑check their bill for accuracy before paying. We found discrepancies that almost cost us an extra €60. After we pointed it out, we received several excuses and apologies. Curiously, we were initially told that credit card payment was not possible, but once we noticed the issue, they suddenly accepted it. Be very careful, always ask for the bill, verify every item and quantity, and don’t just pay without checking. This disappointment marred an otherwise very good hotel.
