The location is great, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and the night market, and the pool is nice; the rooms are comfortable. However, the Wi‑Fi and internet went down several times, hot water was missing on a few nights, and the fitness centre needs better upkeep and newer equipment.

The room was spacious and the pool was large; entry requires a key card, which is convenient because it keeps the place secure. The price is reasonable, not unusually high even during Songkran. Everything else was fine.
