The cleaning and service from the staff were flawless; they were very helpful and attentive whenever we asked for them, and they also gave us tips on how to get around and where to eat in the area, noting that Coqueiral (which is beautiful) is a bit far from Aracruz’s Central region. Breakfast was delicious and everything fresh. There was a pool table in the lodge’s common area that kept us entertained.

The hotel's air conditioning, bed, and bathroom were excellent, making a significant impact on my overall experience. However, the breakfast was a letdown, especially considering the high room rate of 500 reais on New Year's Eve. While the rest of my stay was decent, the breakfast fell short of expectations.
