The staff were friendly, but the room meal was unpleasant because the window beside the table was covered with a lot of bird droppings.

The indoor baths and onsen were nice, the sea view was lovely, and the traditional Japanese breakfast (quite unusual) was served in the room. The facility felt outdated and catered only to Japanese guests; the service was limited and there was no proper restaurant. The Wi‑Fi didn’t connect to the internet, so 5 stars were not justified.

I was satisfied with the meals in the morning and evening, and the room service was also good.

The Japanese‑style room was spacious enough for five family members to sleep comfortably and the location was fantastic, though the selection of yukatas was smaller than expected and the sizes didn’t suit our child – the 140‑150 cm ones were too long and the 130 cm ones were almost too short.
