Everything fit perfectly—from food to drinks, the room was great, staff were friendly, everything was clean. The wellness area and outdoor terrace were fantastic for relaxing. We’ll definitely return. Unfortunately, the water was too cold on Sunday, both inside and outside the pool.

The staff were very friendly and spoke German well, and the hotel was extremely child‑friendly and very pleasant for babies.

The hotel was pleasant for families with children and also for couples, offering a quiet, welcoming atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the fish pedicure at the wellness centre, and the gift of a plastic bottle was a nice touch. Even though the hotel and room were clean, there was an odd, unventilated smell in the room.

Everything was freshly renovated and brightly lit. The relaxation rooms only have folding beds; when I asked for a proper bed in the relaxation area, I was told that was the policy, even though my wife had a back surgery. Room 506 is very remote, hanging on the right side, and the shower was not running during my last stay.
