“Disgusting Hotel”

The room had a huge high ceiling, which I liked. However, the only power outlet in the room was taken by the mini‑fridge, so I had to share it with my laptop. The front desk was rude, and housekeeping played loud music on their phone at 10:30 am. The toilet seat needs replacement, the pillows are disgusting—I hope the sanitation department checks their license. The food was terrible. The TV cable channels need improvement; I couldn’t even watch a proper news program. I can’t understand why the smoke detector was covered. The establishment needs more improvement and the staff need more training.

I appreciate how close the hotel is to the mall, and the staff are all friendly and accommodating. The breakfast selection leaves something to be desired; there’s no variety, and it would be nice if guests could choose options like eggs or other dishes.

The breakfast is not worth the price paid. In the booking photo there are items like a fridge and a stove, but when I arrived none of those were present. I hope you fix the facilities you posted, otherwise guests will feel cheated.

The hotel sits close to SM and Trinoma, which is handy, but the room itself is just a plain space for sleeping—no water heater and the safety box is broken, so it’s not very practical.
