The front desk staff were incredibly friendly from the moment I checked in. My room was huge and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with everything I could have wanted. The chef took the time to explain everything to us in the morning, and we’re definitely coming back. The farewell gift of fresh bread was a lovely surprise and tasted great.

Accoglienza perverta da parte di Claudia che ci ha dato ottimi consigli sul soggiorno ed è stata sempre gentilissima e disponibile. La posizione dell'Hotel è comodissima, di fronte agli impianti. Le stanze sono nuove e pulitissime. Forse l'area relax, ma c'è tutto quello che occorre

Wir waren schon mehrmals in Serfaus aber das erstmal in diesem Hotel. Uns es hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Aufteilung in unserem Zimmer war super. Schlafzimmer und Wohnbereich getrennt sowie Bad/Duschbereich und WC. Frühstück war sehr gut. Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kommen gern wieder
