“My favorite place”
I've been back twice now, and this spot is my go‑to when I need to unwind. The rooms are unbelievably comfortable, like a little sanctuary. Honestly, I could keep coming here forever.

Found this hidden spot with the nicest hosts you could hope for. It’s tucked away from the usual tourist trail, which makes it feel even more special.

The facilities are solid and the staff were courteous, making the stay pleasant. Everything else was fine, so there’s nothing major to complain about.

The owner was really friendly and went out of his way to help us, and breakfast was more than enough and tasty. The only hiccup was that they never mentioned they didn’t take credit cards, so we had to hop in the car with the owner to find an ATM. It got sorted, but the surprise could've been avoided.

The garden, little streams, and the hike up are absolutely worth it – it feels like a mini‑paradise and the hosts treat you like family. There’s a decent soda shop (Rancho La Cascada) down the road, but the trail signs were confusing and we took a wrong turn twice, ending up crossing a shallow river without boots. The place was clean, though the bathroom was swarmed with flying ants that kept slipping back in under the front door unless you block the cracks.
