I had a very bad experience with this hotel; the staff behaved poorly and ignored us, the AC and TV stopped working after multiple complaints but no fix was offered, the washroom was very dirty, and there was no water at the hotel.

The structure is welcoming, well served, friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms and bathrooms. The street it sits on is full of shops, restaurants and snack stalls. The property is close to the Taj Mahal and the center of Agra.

I booked it and was told there were no rooms available even though I had confirmation, and I never got to stay.

The staff were friendly and there was air conditioning, but the room had damp, the towels and sheets were stained, and the hotel name did not match the address shown on Booking and Google Maps.

Property is good location.staff very helpful,but washroom is not good , mosquito is available in room much more.plese maintain tha washroom and cleaning. According to property price is good but really washroom condition is very bad
