The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, with a young man being particularly kind. However, the rest of my experience was a disaster. The beds were dirty, the bathroom was in a state of ruin, and the water ran black for five minutes. Everything in the room was dirty and broken, including the chairs, curtains, and wardrobes.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The facilities were all in a state of disrepair, the bathroom was extremely dirty, and there were even mice in the room. The mini-bar was not functioning, and the TV only had four channels. To top it all off, the room was truly horrific. Overall, I would give it a rating of 1 out of 10.

I was initially drawn to this hotel's appearance, but unfortunately, it failed to meet my expectations. The bathroom shower wasn't functioning properly, and I was left without basic amenities like soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. The receptionist even asked for an additional payment, citing a minimum hotel fee, despite my previous payment. The overall condition of the bathroom, door, and bed left much to be desired.

I was initially pleased with the hotel's location and spacious rooms, which also had working air conditioning and clean bed linen. However, upon closer inspection, I found the family room to be in a state of disrepair, with damaged fixtures and visible marks. Moreover, the Wi-Fi was unavailable in the rooms, and there was no power outlet in the main bedroom, while the toilet flush was also not functioning well. To make matters worse, there were no toiletries or toilet paper provided.
