The owners were very kind, the outside sitting area was beautiful, and the place was clean and cosy. They offered us amazing mint tea and coffee. The bathroom is in another rental room, so if there were another reservation it would be odd because you’d have to pass through other people’s rooms. We were the only guests, so it wasn’t a problem; even for a reservation of four people it wouldn’t be an issue.

We didn’t order breakfast. The listing didn’t say that the kitchen was shared with other guests.

The host was friendly and helpful, the accommodation was spacious, and the shower was good. I was a bit disappointed that I couldn’t get a meal—I was looking forward to Armenian home cooking—but there was a shared kitchen to prepare my own food.

The outdoor areas were kept really tidy – the garden paths and patio tables looked spotless. It was nice to see the staff actually caring about the outside space. I’d definitely appreciate that level of cleanliness again.

The moment I stepped inside, the place felt fresh and stylish – the recent renovation is obvious. The décor is surprisingly elegant for a budget spot, and every corner looks like it was just updated. It made the whole stay feel a bit more upscale.
