Clean, comfortable, easy to find, and central; the staff were friendly and helpful, and we had a very relaxed stay in our villa—nothing at all was wrong.

The place was very pretty and pleasant, and I have never experienced such wonderful hotel service. During our stay we switched to a larger room, highly recommended. Our best accommodation in Indonesia.

In the center of Gili Air! Super friendly staff, we got breakfast twice early because we had to leave early. No problem at all! The room door didn't close properly, letting in a fair amount of insects, and the bathroom needs a bit of refurbishment.

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet. Außerdem ist sie nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Hafen entfernt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir aber die Mitarbeiter, welche sehr freundlich waren und auf alle Fragen und Wünsche sofort eingegangen sind. Wir durften nachdem Check-Out unsere Koffer noch einige Stunden bei den Mitarbeitern lassen, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Vielen Dank nochmal und alles Gute!. Alles war top :)
