The location near Gare Saint‑Lázaro is good, but I was charged extra taxes even though I clearly indicated that the rate already included taxes and fees.

The noise from the garage was a problem.

The location is really great, right in front of Saint‑Lazare station: metro, R, airport connections, etc. The area is central but not overly touristy. My room was spacious and on a high floor, so it was quiet. It was fine. The entrance hall and stairs look a bit old.
