Eight Spence, located in a quiet residential street off the main highway in Warrnambool, offers air-conditioned rooms with flat-screen smart TVs and free parking. The hotel features a barbecue area, electric car charging station, and is close to the central business district, Flagstaff Hill Maritime Museum, Warrnambool Golf Club, and beaches. Rooms include microwaves, refrigerators, and tea/coffee makers.

The hotel was quiet, had plenty of parking, and was within walking distance of the main shopping area. The trash container in the room is too small, so you have to bring excess trash down to the outside bin or risk an additional charge.

We stayed while traveling the Great Ocean Road, and it was perfect. The room was big, clean, and had everything we needed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The receptionist was a lovely lady who gave us plenty of recommendations for our stay. The motel’s central location made it hard to recommend enough!

The room was spotless, simple, and had everything we needed. The heating worked well, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was good. It’s well located, just a short walk from the main street in Warrnambool. The owner happily shared her favourite restaurants, and parking is available on the premises. It’s a simple hotel, so we had no big expectations and therefore nothing to dislike.
