The location is good for those who want to stay in Prati, the room is tastefully furnished but poorly maintained. The staff were not very friendly when responding to messages (they apologized later but it didn't feel genuine). The building looks decayed and dirty, like an old office; sounds carry from one room to another, the walls are thin cardboard and the corridor feels like a laundry room with huge sacks of laundry, plus the sheets and towels taken from the cleaning ladies were dirty. The room is tastefully furnished but poorly kept (for example, some knobs were missing on a piece of furniture, they put a blackout film on the windows that fell off completely, and the wall was dirty). I would not recommend it.
The location is outstanding, and the affiliated bar offers a great breakfast. In August there are many free parking spots nearby. The cleaning was definitely poor.
The location is super direct; public transport is a quick hop away and the area is very quiet. The room, however, lacks storage, so my suitcases ended up in the room, making a week’s stay a bit tight and cramped.

A beautiful room, and within 10 minutes you’re at Sint Pieter and the Vatican museums. The room was very clean and the reception was friendly.
