I was disappointed with the accessibility: the place isn’t wheelchair‑friendly, the shower isn’t at a level, and there’s no tea or coffee set, no bathrobe, and I had to fetch toilet paper myself at the entrance. The toilet’s foot‑plate was broken, the waste bin lacked a bag, and there was no power outlet compatible with the kettle. The location was good, but the information given was misleading.

“Budget. Unfinished.”

The location was good, the décor modern, the rooms clean, the TV smart, and the space generous. The host was reachable on WhatsApp and the check‑in was quick. However, some fixtures were unfinished, there was no bin in the room, no bedside table, and no hand soap in the bathroom. The host entered the room while we were out for maintenance without prior notice, and the building felt sketchy with odd men hanging around inside.

The room was well‑located, but I stayed in room 1 and the room and bathroom were not clean. The cabinets smelled damp, the bathroom glasses still had water, the towels had hair and lint from previous guests, the sheets and blanket were very old and had stains everywhere, the TV didn’t work, the Wi‑Fi signal was weak, and on weekdays we were woken by construction noise from the apartment next door. The owner ignored our requests and Booking offered a small compensation but didn’t fix the issues. I was very disappointed because the room had potential, but hygiene was unacceptable.
