All good, except the air‑conditioning in the three‑person room was very loud.

The air‑conditioner made a huge noise and I couldn’t sleep with the window open because the room faces the square, and the commotion lasted all night.

The property sits in central Ladispoli, so all shops and supermarkets are nearby, and the train station is a short walk away. Even though it’s close to the square and some bars, the rooms stay quiet at night. The room was comfortable, functional, and spacious; the bathroom was small but still functional, with a well‑arranged shower. Staff were helpful for any need. Breakfast isn’t offered, but a bar is right outside the property, and you can also find cafés and pastry shops in the area. Nothing to complain about.
