There was no breakfast available, and I had no idea how to use the coffee machine. It would have been better if there had been a small chair at the desk instead of a small bench.

I loved the facilities and cleanliness. The location was disappointing—Naples’ neighborhood felt off, and I was a bit uneasy when I walked up the street for pizza. Still, everyone was very friendly, and the place gave a wrong‑side‑town vibe. Getting to the airport was easy, and I stayed only to sleep before heading out at 5 am, which was perfect for the price. The owners arranged a ride for me, and the service was excellent.
