The food was delicious, the beach is close, and the staff were very helpful.
“My stay was alright expectiallly the weather and the location was ok. The receptionist were great and helpful.”
The location was perfect, but the hotel was very dirty and the menu was too basic and repetitive. They put me and the kids on different floors of the building. The air conditioning was bad and the Wi‑Fi was very poor.

The hotel sits close to the sea, the room was spacious and brand‑new, and breakfast was good. The pool felt a bit dated and not perfectly clean, surrounded by large buildings, with only a few loungers. The gym, though well equipped, was dirty (used glasses, paper, crumbs) and not monitored – small children ran around inside the gym, all wet from the pool, risking injury. In the room the bed was covered in sand (the sheets were changed immediately) and the window door was broken.
The hotel’s structure is very beautiful, and its location is perfect: between the beach and the shopping street, and close enough to Durazzo’s center by car, bus or taxi. The bathrooms and rooms are spacious, and every room has a handy balcony. The pool is big enough to swim in and refreshing on hot summer days. It’s convenient that the reception provides clean beach towels every morning, and that umbrellas and loungers are included in the price. The staff, though not speaking Italian, are always very kind and try to resolve any issue presented to them. Breakfast is abundant, with eggs, fruit and fresh vegetables always available. The beach cocktails are well prepared. A special shout‑out to the maintenance guy who synchronized the TV channels, replaced a light bulb, and fixed a bathroom handle quickly. Unfortunately, the rooms, though cleaned daily with good intent, were re‑arranged in a rather rough and approximate way, with several small errors that could have been avoided with more attention. Some breakfast items, especially the coffee and drinks from the vending machines, didn’t suit my taste. It would have been handy to have a drying rack for swimsuits.

The staff did what they could to satisfy everyone. Being close to the beach was an added advantage. I recommend it. We were on the 6th floor, it was terribly hot in the bathroom, and there were no blinds. Other floors also lacked dryers on balconies. Towels and swimsuits were dried on chairs or balcony railings.
