The place sits right where we needed it for our Vennbahn ride – a really nice spot. The staff greeted us warmly and the room felt cozy enough to unwind after a day on the train. All in all, we were happy with everything.

We only planned a single night on our way to France, but ended up wanting to linger because the surroundings are gorgeous and the flat is spacious, fully equipped and even has a bathtub. Marie‑Charlotte was incredibly friendly and made sure we had everything we needed, plus she pointed us to Fischweiher where the trout is amazing. Definitely a place worth staying longer.

From the moment we arrived the staff were welcoming, the rooms comfortable and everyone seemed genuinely kind. Nothing was missing – everything worked perfectly and we left with no complaints.

The entrance is clearly marked and parking is easy, with a separate door that gives guests plenty of privacy in the family house. Our room was nicely set up – a glass wall with effective blackout, a solid mattress, good bedding, and a large bathroom with a tub and double sinks. The hallway had a dining table, fridge and kitchen gear, plus reliable Wi‑Fi, and the host family offered friendly greetings, useful tips and lots of information.
