I stayed at a place right by the pier of Cabo de Palos, so walking to the pier or the scuba diving centre was a breeze. The bus stop for trips to Cartagena or Murcia is about a 5‑minute walk, and the nearest beach is just 1 minute away, though the beach itself was only so‑so clean when I visited. A pharmacy and restaurants sit right next door, while a supermarket is a bit farther—about a 10‑minute walk. The property itself was tidy and stocked with a washing machine, basic kitchenware, individual dish cloths, dishwashing detergent, and a dishwasher. The room wasn’t huge, but I liked the single wardrobe, and the toilet was surprisingly spacious. I could contact the host via WhatsApp, but the first connection required a phone call; after checking in, communication was smooth.

The spot was great, close to both the beach and the port, and everything was very clean. The girl who took care of us was super friendly. The only downside was that the room had a slight damp smell.

The location, the hospitality, Encarni’s attention, the guy who manages the apartments, the house’s cleanliness, the well‑equipped kitchen, and the quiet area were all excellent.
