“Es war soo schön”

Overall, my stay was excellent in every way and this hotel ranks among the best I’ve visited in a long time. The beach chairs were always available, and the food’s quality and presentation were outstanding. The rooms impressed with modern, aesthetic design and flawless cleanliness. In every part of the hotel, I encountered a professional, service‑oriented approach set within an impressive property. Because of this consistently positive experience, I already recommended the hotel to people around me, which led to another booking. I definitely plan another visit. I couldn’t find any criticisms at all.

“The resort was beautifully designed, but unfortunately, the service and food were not up to the same standard.”

The architecture and location were beautiful, and the beach was wide with soft, fine sand. However, there was mold in the bathroom, which was very disappointing. We also had to keep reminding staff to refill the minibar and replenish the shampoo. The food wasn’t very good either; there was little variety, and the better dishes were often gone quickly and not refilled. Overall, the service and food quality did not meet our expectations.

Huge thanks to all the staff who made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. I especially loved the hotel’s architecture and design—everything is thoughtfully planned with beautiful perspectives, clean lines, and the way light and shadows change the space throughout the day. It’s simply a very beautiful place to be. The beach is wide and sandy, with comfortable sunbeds and gorgeous turquoise water. The rooms are spacious, modern, and comfortable. There’s a huge water park, great fitness classes, and a lovely seafront area for walks. The food is fresh, tasty, and varied—nothing particularly sophisticated, but consistently good with plenty of choice. Overall, the hotel is a beautiful, modern, and very comfortable place. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

The layout of the apartments in the villas surrounded by gardens. The resort area is very pretty. All inclusive is very good. The food selection is high level. The finishing was incomplete. Details that take away the hype. Flaky towels, seats, construction errors, cracks and overall unfinished things.

The food and drinks were good, but the pool wasn’t very clean and items that should have been free were actually charged.
