The house was truly beautiful, well‑maintained, and super clean, with a spacious garden and a large room featuring a bed, TV, coffee machine, and a spotless bathroom equipped with all toiletries and various towels; the host was very kind, available, ready to answer any question, and responsive to guests’ needs—highly recommended.

Everything was fine, though the location feels a bit far from the city center.

The property sits in an excellent spot close to fascinating places like Lucca, the Carrara quarries, Sant'Anna di Stazzema, and the Apuan Alps, and it’s just a 5‑minute drive to the sea. The room is neat, clean, and features a small, soothing flowered garden. Claudio, the owner, is very friendly, pleasant, and always ready to answer any request or need. We’ll definitely return! Highly recommended 👍

The room is comfortable, clean, tidy, and newly renovated, equipped with a fridge, espresso machine, boiler, a comfy bed, and a pleasant bathroom. You’ll need a car because it’s a bit far from the city center on foot. The welcome was good, but the service could improve on small but important hospitality details.
