The location was fine, but the place felt dirty—cabinets were trash, the fridge had rust on the outside, and there were no towels in the room, requiring a call for more. The couch had mismatched fabrics, the TV in the main room didn’t work, and the tub lacked grip pads, causing slips; I had to lay a towel in it. The AC worked, and the bed was neither bad nor good.

I booked this place for a friend, but the staff entered his room while he was away, found a weed pipe, and told him to leave right away. That was fine, but then they wouldn't refund the extra two weeks I’d already paid for a room I never used. They’re trying to squeeze more money out of him, but they shouldn’t take it from me. A refund would be appreciated.
