The host Maguy was warm and welcoming, the breakfast offered a wide variety, and the first‑day greeting included homemade tart, rose, and cider; everything was perfect.

The bed was good, the room and bathroom were clean, and the breakfast was delicious and tailored to our preferences; the street was noisy, especially on weekends, and there was no TV reception because of maintenance.

Maguy was the kindest, most accommodating host who really welcomed us into her home and showered us with fruit, pastries and fresh juice! The location is just wonderful and is perfect for a Paris minibreak!. Nothing it was all fab! Only thing is the bathroom is quite small and not connected to the bedroom as it is located in the hallway

The host was friendly, the place was close to the metro, and the breakfast was good; however, there was no fan in the room, the neighbourhood was loud making it hard to sleep with the window open, the bed was comfortable but the pillows were very thin.
