“Costly hotel yet basic rooms”
Swimming pool. The rooms were sub standard. Not at all worth the exorbitant price that was being charged

Right next to highway. The undergoing renovations can be handled more gracefully so that customers don’t feel like they are staying on a construction site kind of environment

They did not checked me in, although i had confirmed booking . But they did not honored it. The duty manager was very rude, he did not had an iota of hospitality, i repeatedly requested to provide me the room against my booking but he just ignored it saying we are full. I did sent complaint to the Booking .com and to Hotel portal, but till date I even did not get an email of apology for the inconvenience they cause to me that night. I could not find any room and had to spend the night in car. The hotel responded to my complaint that the payment was not made, let me remind you it was booked for payment at property, but the duty manager did not acknowledged the booking itself and hence did not asked for any payment but simply refused to accept my booking, please have some respect before responding with such lame excuse, you guys are bunch of liars who don't have any idea about Hospitality, shame on you
