The hotel is nicely situated near Amsterdam’s centre, the beds are good, and the rooms are quiet. I was hoping for a bit more from a 5‑star property.

Good sauna and spa facilities. Lovely hotel clean very upmarket sweets very nice touch in reception. Good decent sized rooms very comfortable. Waited at least 20 to 30 minutes to check in

The food and staff were solid. However, they claimed a 100‑euro security deposit but actually took over 500 euros, and they said they'd return it but haven't yet.
