“Perfect stay for a relaxing holiday.”

The location was perfect, just a short walk down the steps to crystal‑clear water, and a brief stroll to taverns, a supermarket, a bakery, and a bus stop. The room was clean and comfortable, and a lovely lady serviced it daily. The balcony view was awesome, and we also stayed in the garden room, which was good too. Everything we needed was available, check‑in was easy, and communication with the owner was prompt and helpful. We’ll definitely come back. Nothing to complain about.

“Superb stay in Perlika”

The property was amazing! There are beach beds and a short walk up to the sea. Cleaning is done daily so towels are always fresh. It was easy to find, had AC, and complimentary tea/coffee with a kettle in the room. The bed was squeaky and woke us up; the shower wasn’t my favorite—the curtain is clunky compared to glass walls and sticks to your body. The shower head should be replaced because half of it doesn’t spray water.

Great view—the house faces the water, not too close to the bus stop but only a 10‑minute walk. The room was nice and very basic, had everything I wanted, but it would have been nicer if it were a bit cheaper.

“Pleasant”

Convenient spot, decent value in September. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the place was clean.
