The indoor pool and the calm of the Riad amidst the lively bustle outside were the highlights.
“HORRIBLE”
The only thing that impressed me was the location. Upon arrival, the French receptionist tried to scam us by insisting we must pay in cash because the cards supposedly had no funds (a blatant lie – you’ll see this happen again). I told him I had already paid via Booking and that the money was held, and he dismissed Booking as rubbish, all of which was false. Because it was night and we were anxious, we went to withdraw cash from a nearby ATM, and while we were outside the Riad, I received a bank message that the hotel had deducted money from my account! We arrived there furious, and he still mocked us, calling himself a conman – be careful. The pool is full of filth, the rooms have dampness (even in Morocco), the outdoor facilities are unusable because they’re falling apart, and the hammocks are moldy.
“Muy contentas y felices”
The place is gorgeous, with an outdoor pool and jacuzzi, and the air conditioning worked well against the heat. There was really nothing I didn’t like; everything was excellent.
The property is very beautiful and well maintained. A little extra cleaning would be appreciated.
A fantastic spot with a very good location for exploring the city and ordering tours. The vibe of living in a cozy riad is great. The riad has already seen its golden years, but my ratings focus on the quality-to-price ratio.
