The bed was good, but the cleaning fell short, the air‑conditioner was noisy, and we couldn’t find anyone to help. At check‑in we were made to wait a long time and they couldn’t locate my name, so we were uncomfortable.

The place is quiet, and there’s no sign for check‑in or check‑out—freedom. At night the lobby was dim, and after leaving the restaurant we tried to contact someone but nobody answered; we had to retrieve our own belongings and move to another room downstairs, luckily the keys were already on the door so we could get back in.

It’s very close to everything I needed. The rooms were comfortable and the staff friendly. There’s a lovely temple on the grounds, and the bathroom was spacious. The room felt a bit smaller than I expected, looking bigger in the photos.

We have stayed in more than 5 hotels in Bali and this was the nicest and cleanest accommodation we have ever had. I definitely felt like home. The owner of the hotel, Ayu and her husband are wonderful people. They take very good care of you in the smallest situation. They are definitely like family. You should definitely stay here. Because from now on, when we come to Bali, we will only stay here. My wife and I are very grateful to Ayu for all her attention
