The staff were dedicated to solving issues, but there's no lift.

The accommodation is very functional and comfortable; the suites are spacious with a separate bedroom. The premises are very clean. I was in Nouakchott during a general power outage and the hotel had a good generator that kept electricity running. The breakfast quality was disappointing. A lift should seriously be considered, especially since there is plenty of space in the central column for one. Also, the handrail height on the stairs is very low compared to safety standards.

The room was very spacious, had air conditioning, and all the services were very good. The only downside was that there was no elevator.

The place was nice, quiet, and clean, the staff were helpful, and the manager responded quickly to any contact even if it was after midnight. The price was much higher than expected.
