The hosts were very nice and helpful, giving a great insight into the water castle; the grounds are meant for pure relaxation, free of noise and stress, fully walkable and lovingly preserved with many old trees and plants; breakfast and coffee are plentiful and can be arranged at requested times.

The place is amazing, we were given a wonderful room and the whole spot is great, and breakfast was fresh with a big variety.

Es ist ein ganz besonderer Ort, der begeistert. Wertzuschätzen ist das liebevolle Engagement der Besitzer. Sie bewahren Tradition und versuchen eine Wasserburg und die dazugehörigen Ländereien zu erhalten und Entwicklung möglich zu machen. Wir haben sehr wohl gefühlt. Wer ein standardmäßiges 4Sterne Hotel sucht, ist hier verkehrt

außergewöhnliches historisches Ambiente, liebevoll gepflegt und dekoriert/ausgestattet gutes Frühstück, sehr freundliche Betreuung der Gäste. in der kühlen Jahreszeit etwas fußkalt - Hausschuhe oder dicke Socken mitbringen
