The hotel was very pleasant, close to the highway exit, service was superb, welcoming to dog‑travelers, rooms were very nice, food was delicious—highly recommended.

Parking was ample, the staff were accommodating to late arrivals, the room was spacious, the bathroom tidy, breakfast generous, the hostess spoke English (though I switched to German quickly because I’m from Germany). The TV was broken, but that’s not a big deal in Germany where everything gets dubbed anyway. The shower hose is fixed, not detachable as in the Netherlands, so the shower head doesn’t stay in place when water pressure is low. No dining options because of the season and weather, but a McDonald’s or Burger King is right at the highway exit, very close.
