The hotel sits in a beautiful spot with views of Hochkonig, Tennegebirge, and Salzachtal, and I had no issues.

The location is great and the staff are very attentive, responding immediately to requests and wishes; the food, including the afternoon snack, is good; the large rooms have a sofa bed for kids; the wellness area and natural pool are available and well maintained. The downside is that child care runs only Monday‑Friday, the playroom is closed on weekends, and the youth room is also used for bike storage, so a bit more kid‑friendly equipment would make it perfect.

We were completely delighted: the staff were consistently warm and attentive, the rooms were spotless. Food-wise we had nothing to miss—from the excellent breakfast to the fantastic four‑course dinner everything was perfect. The beautiful outdoor spa area and the overall ambience made the stay unforgettable. We’ll definitely return!
