“Very disappointing and uncomfortable stay.”
I only liked the location and the receptionist. The rest of the stay was very disappointing and uncomfortable. Room service and breakfast didn’t meet expectations; breakfast consisted of a single kachori from outside. The bed linens and quilt were in poor condition, not fresh or comfortable. The room felt warm, stuffy, and had an unpleasant odor with almost no fresh‑air circulation. Despite repeated requests over the two‑day stay, the TV and remote were never provided. Privacy concerns were serious: during the stay, my partner was questioned by a woman via video call, which was extremely uncomfortable and disturbing. Some activities around the property made me feel the environment was unsuitable for couples or women seeking a secure stay. A strong, unpleasant smell pervaded the area, worsening the experience. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable and far below my expectations in cleanliness, amenities, privacy, service, and atmosphere.
