Mazzini's Rooms

The place was very clean and new, centrally located and comfortable. Everything is very tech‑savvy, you enter with codes and have no direct contact with the managers, but it doesn’t hurt the comfort of the B&B.

“Prima locatie om Modena te verkennen”

The location was great. The door‑opening system was a bit complicated, especially since you had to have a connection.

Nothing good; we never managed to get it. They gave away our booking. Everything was bad.

“Very safe, clean and convenient accommodation - we had a lovely stay. Thank you.”

The location was excellent, right on a beautiful piazza with plenty of dining options. It was lively during the day and early evening, but very quiet at night for sleeping. The town was lovely for wandering. Rooms were conveniently in the centre and about a 15‑minute walk to the main station. Thank you—we were delighted. Nothing was wrong; everything was fine.

I returned to reservation 6094.720.702 and found several defects or missing items: in the room occupied by Isabel Maurer, B22746615‑Piazza Grande, a chair was missing, the Wi‑Fi was unreliable and not always working, and Isabel had to call me to unlock various doors for half a day. The handle to access the apartment’s atrium is defective, there’s no sign for daily trash disposal, the chair in room B227446617‑Piazza Mazzini has unstable legs, the toilet paper holder in room B227446617 is broken and not replaced, there was only one small towel, a dirty quilt without a cover was found, the bed, toilet door, and entrance door creak, and the entrance door does not block the noise from the stairwell’s trumpet. Given the quality level of the property, the price is too high for the service offered. The little girl had to be persuaded.
