Lancaster Inn & Suites

We booked this spot for the ren faire because it was close by, and the nearby restaurants were good. The floor of the rooms felt dirty, so I kept my socks on and they got pretty dirty afterward. The beds were so uncomfortable that I slept better in my car on the ride home. Breakfast was okay. The hotel was undergoing renovations, so hopefully it will improve next year. It was annoying that the parking was full at any time during the day.

“Safe warm bed and a shower. Fine for one night.”

We stayed less than 15 minutes from Lititz, which was the reason for our trip. It wasn’t spectacular, but the room was fine. The bed was not super comfortable and the towels were stained. The hotel is under construction and the parking lot was so small that people were parking in the grass. The free breakfast had slim pickings.

“Very comfortable stay!”

Everything was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I was surprised to get such high‑quality service from a hotel without fancy stars. It’s very good for its price and the level of a hotel.

“Make sure the hotel isn't doing renovations”

It was a place to sleep; breakfast was on the “good” end. If I’d known they were renovating, I would have chosen elsewhere. The parking lot is not smooth. The vending machines didn’t work. The pool was closed. The room windows had large cobwebs. The duvet cover was ripped. The little freezer in the refrigerator was full of ice. Handicap rooms are on the 2nd floor. The TV channels suck—I’m not a sports “nut.”

I found the rooms spacious and comfortable. The gym wasn’t very well equipped; they should at least provide some dumbbells for weight training.
